These terms are between you and Absolute Intelligence Inc., a United States company that operates blubee.ai ("blubee", "we"). Using the site, the waitlist, or sign-in means you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be an adult to use it.

The service

blubee is an early product meant to help people in India find startup roles while they are still open. The site is a waitlist and information page. We may change, pause, or shut it down at any time, with no duty to launch or to keep any feature.

blubee is not an employer or a placement service. We do not promise that a role exists, is still open, or will lead to an interview or a job. You decide what to do with anything you see here.

Your use

Do not spam, scrape, break security, impersonate anyone, or use the site unlawfully. You are responsible for your device, network, and Google account. You will indemnify us against any claim arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

Google Sign-In

Sign-in is provided by Google. We are not responsible for Google's products or outages. We may refuse or close an account. How we handle Google account data is in the Privacy Policy.

No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, including accuracy, security, uptime, or fitness for a purpose.

Limitation of liability

You use the site at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, Absolute Intelligence Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the site, including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, or anything done by Google, startups, employers, or other third parties.

Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that amount is zero.

Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it, or it is waived.

Law and changes

The laws of the State of Delaware, USA govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site must be brought in the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India, subject to any right you have under law to bring a claim elsewhere. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update them by posting a new version here. Continued use means you accept the update. Questions: hello@blubee.ai.
